Finishing Supervisor 2nd Shift

Responsible for all aspects of the Finishing Department during appointed shift, including training, leadership, and direction of team members, and ensuring timely completion of production requirements and shipping schedules.

Requirements

• Health and safety of all team members.
• Complete timely reviews on all team members.
• Follow production requirements and shipping schedules to ensure timely completion of proper parts.
• Communicate timely with all managers and supervisors.
• Administrate computerized time and attendance system.
• Promote proper work ethic and enforce the Company’s policies, procedures, and practices in the handbook.
• Assist maintenance in diagnosing and trouble-shooting equipment problems and performance of preventative maintenance.
