Electrical Apprentice

Joining the Metallus team means becoming part of a legacy that dates back over a century. This is a position for a four year Electrical Maintainer Apprenticeship, with the potential to continue employment as an Electrical Maintainer after the apprenticeship is completed.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
• Work in the field or shop area as required
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control logic systems
• Perform preventative & predictive maintenance
• Ability to cut, burn, weld and braze metals
• Operate overhead electric crane and mobile equipment to lift and transport materials
