Requirements

• Interpret customer testing requirements
• Ensure all laboratory testing meets industry and customer specifications
• Prepare accurate metallurgical certifications
• Collect, compile, measure, summarize, record, and report metallographic technical data
• Coordinate outsourced testing when internal capacity is limited
• Support and maintain quality systems in alignment with internal and external standards
• Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities
