Job Description
MetaPhase is seeking a Data Analyst to support U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) through data-driven analysis, reporting, and operational insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of three plus years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or related analytical support roles
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, statistics, information systems, or a related field
- Experience analyzing large datasets and presenting findings to executive or operational stakeholders
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting and visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
