Job Description
MetaPhase is seeking an experienced Design Lead to support modernization of multiple legacy applications into a unified platform experience. The Design Lead will own the human-centered design strategy for a multi-tenant, API-driven, cloud platform, with significant components developed in Salesforce and integrated with modern microservices architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience, including 3+ years designing Salesforce applications
- Demonstrated experience designing: Salesforce Lightning Experience, case management systems, workflow-driven enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of: Salesforce data models (objects, relationships), role-based access and permission structures, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder)
- Experience designing for: regulatory or compliance-heavy environments, multi-tenant enterprise platforms, API-integrated ecosystems
- Proven experience leading user research in agile environments
- Expertise in accessibility (Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Proficiency in Figma (required)
- Experience producing: journey maps, service blueprints, complex state diagrams, design systems documentation
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance and PIV credentials
