Graphic Designer

MetaPhase is seeking a Graphic Designer to support a federal strategic communications and training section, designing visually engaging materials to communicate key messages to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of graphic design expertise and basic content development skills to support fast-paced communications and outreach needs in a federal environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in graphic design supporting communications, outreach, training, or public-facing programs
• Experience designing materials that comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements
• Experience supporting communications teams with both visual design and basic content development or formatting
• Demonstrated experience designing a variety of communications materials, including digital content, presentations, reports, and print collateral
• Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or comparable software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, visually consistent deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and respond to evolving program needs
