Job Description
Metasys is seeking a Part Time Data Entry contractor for their client. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, and two or more years of practical accounting experience, with at least one year of relevant tax experience. They will assist with preparing monthly and quarterly sales/use tax returns, answering technical questions, and researching issues to resolve tax holds.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (finance, business administration) or equivalent related work experience
- Two or more years of practical accounting experience
- At least one year of relevant tax experience
- Experience with Vertex or tax engine software preferred
