Requirements
- 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
- Strong track record of partnering with GTM leaders and executives
- Deep familiarity with the San Francisco GTM talent market
- Comfort building from 0-1: setting up tools, processes, and systems
- Strong pattern recognition built from real hiring experience
- Comfort leveraging AI to enhance recruiting velocity
