Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Building Manager for a 75-unit residential rental property located in Lynn Valley, North Vancouver. This is a non-live-in position requiring strong on-site presence, accountability, and the ability to respond effectively to daily operational and emergency needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in property management or building operations (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency (email, reporting systems, basic software)
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and minor repairs
- Rent collection and tenant account management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
