Procurement Coordinator

MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to assist with the negotiation and management of purchasing activities for goods and services. The Procurement Coordinator will support the smooth operation of the procurement function and work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with required quality standards.

Requirements

• Procurement experience in property management, construction or similar industry
• A diploma in a related field, such as supply chain or business administration, is preferred
• A strong understanding of contract administration procedures
• Ability to supervise trade work and suppliers
