We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Augsburg. The ideal candidate will have completed commercial training, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and excellent organizational skills. The role involves operational handling, coordination of purchasing and sales processes, and general office management.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an office, project, sales or operations environment
• Very good organisational skills and structured approach to work
• Experience in working with different departments and stakeholders
• Confident handling of commercial processes and figures
• High degree of independence, reliability and pragmatic approach to work
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
