Job Description
Team Lead Software Quality Assurance role in Cluj-Napoca, leading and mentoring a small QA team, shaping team culture, quality mindset, and testing best practices.
Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, software engineering, or related qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Certification at ISTQB Foundation Level
- Experience with ISO9001 is a plus
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines
- Leadership potential with experience mentoring junior developers or leading small teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Fluent English communication skills are a must-have (German is a plus but not required)
