Requirements
- Programming, Schematic Design, and Design Development
- Construction Documents
- Construction Administration
- Finishes Selection
- 3D Renderings
- Conference calls and meetings with clients, engineers, vendors, and general contractors
- Expected to lead client presentations
- Expected to be an active participant at all networking events
- Expected to provide mentorship to other team members as needed
- Expected to work closely with other members of the team including delegation to team members earlier in their career
