Customer Success Manager, Enterprise

Meet Method: a modern way to connect to consumer financial accounts. We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end post-sale relationship with large customers, managing implementation, usage ramp, and renewals.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in enterprise customer success or technical program management
• owned accounts with multi-phase implementations and multi-year contract cycles
• sat across the table from SVP and VP-level counterparts and held the room
• owned timelines, anticipated risks, and knew that their job was to drive outcomes, not facilitate them
