Job Description
The Intern will support the Accounts Receivable and Accounting functions by assisting with invoice generation and distribution, cash application, and maintaining organized financial records for audit readiness. The role will collaborate cross-functionally to resolve account discrepancies, process debits and credits, and support month-end close activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Interest in pursuing a career in accounting, finance, or credit/collections
- Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (VLOOKUP and pivot tables a plus)
