Job Description
The Methodist University is seeking a Police Officer to join their campus community. The position involves enforcing laws, protecting the community, and maintaining proficiency in law enforcement skills.
Requirements
- Enforcing State and Federal Laws; and local ordinances
- Protecting the Methodist University Community and Property
- Maintaining proficiency in all essential job functions of a Law Enforcement Officer
- Securing campus facilities
- Following Public Safety Manual procedures and directives
- Responding to law enforcement related calls for assistance
- Providing Police coverage on a 24 hour basis
- Communicating Police problems/issues to your Police Supervisor
- Completing and filing forms
- Fulfilling all rules, regulations, and guidelines of Methodist University
