Requirements
- Experience of working in a public sector environment
- Working knowledge of public sector standards and principles, such as the Service Standard
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in using agile methodologies
- Ability to plan and lead complex projects
- Strong mediation skills and understanding of team dynamics
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members
