Requirements
- Identify, develop, and use best practice and standards to design services consistent with the rest of government
- Advocate for users and understand user needs to design simple, effective, and accessible services
- Create service maps, blueprints, and other concepts
- Map user journeys, processes, and visualize design problems
- Articulate and solve complex problems, from end to end and surface to core
- Communicate concepts to users and stakeholders
- Sell your ideas with persuasive storytelling
- Experience with the GDS/GOV.UK style guide and service design standard
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team by sharing design work, and participating in research
