Platform Engineer

Meticulous is radically accelerating the pace of software development through its fully autonomous and exhaustive testing platform for frontend codebases. As a Platform Engineer, you'll design and build resilient infrastructure to support 10x growth and shape our incident processes for when things break.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a software development or platform engineering role
• Infrastructure expertise: experience operating production systems on AWS (or other cloud provider), hands-on with Kubernetes, and enough Terraform to have opinions about how to structure it
• Strong technical foundation: demonstrated ability to write production-quality code and solve hard technical problems
• On-call experience: you know how to triage issues under pressure, drive them to resolution, and write the postmortem afterward
• Awareness of security best practices and compliance requirements (SOC 2 or similar)
• Cost consciousness: not just making things work, but making them work economically at scale
• High drive and bias for action: you thrive with minimal supervision, make decisions quickly, and take ownership of outcomes
