Job Description
IT Systems Analyst role serving as a key liaison between laboratory operations, IT, and external partners, supporting the administration and optimization of the LIMS platform (Element) and related systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems support, business systems analysis, or similar role
- Hands-on experience supporting or working with LIMS platforms (Element, LabWare, STARLIMS, LabVantage, or similar)
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows (sample lifecycle, data capture, reporting)
- Experience troubleshooting system issues and working with cross-functional teams
- Strong documentation and communication skills
