Job Description
Provides support and assistance to attorneys in all facets of the Legal Department operations, including litigation support, legal file maintenance, and client contact. Maintains strict confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of client representation.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a paralegal
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal rules of civil procedures
- Proficient use of online databases for legal research
- Working knowledge of e-discovery rules and electronic-filing in both State and Federal Courts
