Job Description
Temporary Traction Power Tech performs fault diagnosis, inspections, tests, and adjustments on Traction Electrification equipment, and performs routine and emergency maintenance on Traction Electrification equipment.
Requirements
- Substation fault diagnosis, inspection, testing, modification, maintenance, and repair.
- Periodic inspection and routine and emergency maintenance of the overhead contact system.
- Inspection, repair, and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.
- AC voltages up to and including 34.5kV and DC voltages up to 1,000 volts.
- Successful completion of vendor training on traction power equipment and maintenance procedures.
