Job Description
The Business Process and Compliance Officer is responsible for developing and implementing process improvement initiatives, business strategies, and risk mitigating controls to support Credit Acquisition (Cards and PL). The position also assists in managing credit related regulatory requirements and internal audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder; preferably graduate of business course; units or master's degree in business is an advantage
- 3-5 years' experience in consumer loans, preferably from a reputable bank
- At least 1 year of experience in regulatory compliance, internal/external audit, business controls or similar function
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience in building business strategies and with background on project or UAT management or with exposure to projects
- Experience in handling audit and regulatory compliance for consumer loans
