Metrobank is seeking a Head of Analytics Solutions and Enablement to drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions that enhance business performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of analytical and financial services experience, preferably in the credit card industry
- College graduate of any business, statistical or mathematical course
- Strong ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of SAS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and project management skills
