Job Description
The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for defining, developing, and optimizing digital products of the bank. Working closely with a cross-functional team, the PO leads product discovery, defines clear and actionable requirements, and ensures alignment between business goals and user needs.
Requirements
- Lead product discovery and stakeholder engagement
- Define product vision, business objectives, and key success metrics
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for business unit partners
- Own and manage the product roadmap
- Write and maintain epics
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog
- Serve as the voice of the customer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Lead user acceptance testing
- Ensure requirements are delivered on time
- Proactively manage blockers, risks, and scope changes
- Maintain a high standard of quality
