Requirements

• Service daily client requests
• Maintain updated data/information on accounts
• Ensure completion of loan-related documentary requirements
• Coordinate with concerned units regarding account management
• Prepare analysis/evaluation of client's proposal
• Assist in preparation of Budget and Business Plans
• Handle customer complaints and recommend solutions
