Job Description
Quality & Safety Manager to lead Quality Management System, Calibration Laboratory Quality System, and Environmental Health & Safety programs. The role is responsible for driving ISO compliance, ensuring operational excellence, and championing safety across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
- 8+ years of experience in a calibration-related quality role
- 5+ years of experience in a safety-related system role
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and EHS compliance requirements
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers at multiple levels
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Computer proficiency, including intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
