Job Description
Metropolis is seeking an Inside Sales Enablement Manager to serve as the commercial engine for their secondary markets, clearing the path for deals and acting as a strategic thought partner to Regional Managers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in a high-growth tech or real estate environment
- Experience navigating complex organizations and pushing contracts through without causing friction
- Ability to build immediate credibility with Operations teams and act as their trusted commercial advisor
- Understanding of Salesforce hygiene and pipeline management
