Job Description
Metropolis is seeking a Manager, Strategic Operations to serve as the operational hub of the Chief Commercial Officer’s office. The successful candidate will ensure people and processes run with precision, manage complex governance, administrative operations, and strategic initiatives, and represent the CCO's office in weekly company-wide syncs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a strategic program management, consulting, operations coordination, or similar role
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong bias for action
- High EQ and professional maturity when interacting with C-suite leaders, investors, and external partners
- Technical proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Ability to represent the CCO's office independently to ensure governance processes run on time
