Job Description
Metropolis is seeking a RFP Specialist to join their Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong writing skills and the ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear business proposals. The RFP Specialist will be responsible for leading the creation of RFP responses, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring Metropolis products and services are accurately represented in external databases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in proposal writing, sales operations, or business development
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into persuasive and easy-to-understand narratives
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and source information from various subject matter experts
- A self-starter who can manage multiple conflicting deadlines in a demanding, high-growth environment
- Comfort working with RFP automation software and CRM tools
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data reporting
