Job Description
Metrobank is looking for a Branch Sales Associate to join their team. This role focuses on acquiring credit card applications through various acquisition methods, including lobby management, outbound calls, and booth selling. The associate will also assist branch staff with understanding CBS programs and supporting card acquisition efforts. The company values employee development and contribution to the national economy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 6 months of sales experience (F2F and/or telemarketing, preferably in a credit card company/financial institution)
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Sales-driven, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Willing to extend hours, work weekends/holidays
- Willing to go on fieldwork and report to different Metrobank branches
