Job Description
Metrobank is seeking a Data Scientist to contribute to an end-to-end data science and advanced analytics team. The role involves building and analyzing data to improve customer experience, engagement, and retention, and leading the implementation of data science models for banking decisions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business users and technical teams, contribute to data-driven insights, and develop models to address specific problems.
Requirements
- Support new data-driven initiatives using machine learning and statistical techniques.
- Refine data science problem statements with business users.
- Evaluate and recommend machine learning models.
- Prepare business-facing reports and assist in deploying and operationalizing models.
- Assist in refining deployed models in production.
- Programming experience (SQL, SAS Script, R, or Python) is preferred.
