Job Description
Metropolitan Environmental Services Inc. is hiring CDL A drivers with manual transmission experience to support their environmental and industrial services operations. Drivers will operate tractors with vac tankers, van trailers, and roll-off trucks, transporting bulk hazardous materials and equipment to job sites, client facilities, and disposal centers. The position requires a valid CDL Class A license, HAZMAT endorsement, and 2 years of commercial driving experience. Benefits include full health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and ESOP.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license (manual transmission experience strongly preferred)
- Current HAZMAT endorsement required
- Tanker endorsement required
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions performing physical labor
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- No OMVI/DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions within the past 2 years
- No license suspensions or major violations in the past 3 years
- No more than 2 speeding tickets or 4 total moving violations in the past 3 years
- Willingness to comply with all company and client safety and operational policies
