Traveling Industrial Equipment Operator

Metropolitan Environmental Services Inc is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to operate dewatering equipment as a traveling position. The role requires out-of-town travel for 3 weeks at a time and involves operating equipment, supporting maintenance, and prioritizing safety.

Requirements

• Able to comply with our drug screening program and fitness for duty physical.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and operating equipment.
• Less than 6 points on a valid driver’s license. No DUI in the last 2 years. Reliable transportation.
• Aptitude to learn to operate and sometimes make minor repairs to various equipment.
• Diligent attitude toward plant safety rules and responsibilities.
• Ability to pass safety training exams and follow instructions.
• Able to work mostly 10–12-hour day shift work, but applicants must be open to some weekends depending on customer demands.
