Job Description
Metropolitan Family Service is seeking a temporary SUN Activity Leader to lead afterschool activities for elementary-age children in arts, sports, and STEM. The position involves developing and teaching engaging lessons, supervising students, and maintaining a positive working relationship with students, families, and staff.
Requirements
- Experience in teaching children and creating lesson plans
- Ability to work with children and ensure an enriching, positive, safe setting
- Excellent organization skills and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic English proficiency
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
