Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Intervention Specialist for our Adult Protective Services Program in Chicago. This role will serve the North Side of Chicago and requires a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in crisis intervention, clinical work, or a related field.
Requirements
- Gathers and processes personal client information
- Assesses and evaluates client situation and engages with collaterals
- Develops an effective working relationship with clients, families, and collaterals
- Remains in compliance with required reports, assessments, and paperwork
- Provides after-hours coverage for cases that require immediate response
- Reassesses and monitors planned services
