Job Description
Metropolitan Family Services is hiring a full-time Social Worker/Counselor to join our DuPage Team. As a Social Worker/Counselor, you will perform comprehensive assessments, provide case management, counseling, and educational services to clients. You will also learn and utilize agency and community resources to support clients.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling or related field from an accredited college or university
- Licensed professional counselor (LPC) or Licensed social worker (LSW)
- 2+ years of experience working in the mental health field with clients across their lifespan
- Certified alcohol and drug counselor (CADC) or experience with clients experiencing substance use
