MWRD's Internship Program offers paid internship positions in a wide range of functions. The Calumet Analytical Lab Intern will learn analytical processes, laboratory safety, and wastewater treatment facility operations.
Requirements
- Experience in general laboratory and safety practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to coordinate and cooperate in a group environment
- Ability to lift sample containers up to 20 liters in capacity
- Ability to shake and pour sample containers up to one gallon in capacity
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
