MWRD's Internship Program offers paid internship positions in various functions in each department, including information technology. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a service desk environment at a wastewater entity.
Requirements
- Assist with Service Desk calls/tickets and Field Support level support tickets
- Learn to research and troubleshoot technical issues
- Create and update ITSM Knowledge Base Solutions
- Image and update desktops and laptops
- Manage Service Desk inventory
- Assist with Asset tag management
- Assist with printer management
Benefits
