As a Sr. Network Engineer III, you'll serve as a technical authority for voice, video, and collaboration platforms, contributing immediately as a subject matter expert within a fast-paced operational environment. Success requires deep technical expertise, proactive problem solving, and strong team collaboration.
Requirements
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise voice, video, and collaboration (Unified Communications) platforms.
- Configure and support SBCs, voice gateways, dial plans, and QoS to ensure high-quality real-time voice and video traffic.
- Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), able to support operational issues with minimal ramp-up time.
- Participate in Agile execution and contribute to collaborative problem-solving efforts.
- Communicate technical issues, risks, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively recommend technical improvements and architectural enhancements.
- Actively contribute to team discussions, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support mission operations with urgency, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Demonstrate the ability to contribute immediately in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
