Role Overview

A Technical Purchaser manages the procurement of specialized materials, components, machinery, and services, acting as the bridge between engineering, production, and suppliers.

What You Will Do

Purchase technical goods, electromechanical parts, machinery, and services, negotiate contracts, evaluate technical specifications, source suppliers, maintain inventory via ERP systems, and drive cost reductions.

Requirements

• Technical Acumen
• Previous experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal departments and negotiate with vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software (e.g., SAP, BaaN)
• Strong analytical capabilities for evaluating vendor bids and identifying cost savings
