Job Description
Mettler Toledo is seeking a Field Service Technician for the Calgary, Alberta region to troubleshoot and repair industry-related products, perform calibrations and preventative maintenance, and handle first-line customer service issues.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot, install and repair all Mettler Toledo Products within Business Area
- Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction
- Complete installs, repairs, calibrations, customer training, performance verifications and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Order, install, return parts and manage repair parts cycle time
- Participate in Service sales opportunities and assist with promoting service products
- Establish and maintain a close working relationship with Regional Service Leader, Senior FSTs and Support Specialists
- Comply with ISO & Measurement Canada standards when required by the customer
- Responsible for resolving first line customer complaints and invoicing problems
- Maintain productivity levels as determined by Regional Service Leader and in accordance with National standards
