Project Manager for Customer Support of a SaaS Platform, responsible for supporting customers through initial contact, planning, and live event implementation of conferences and software solutions.
Requirements
- Communication in German (C2) and English (C1)
- Self-organized and structured work with milestones in sight
- Experience with content management systems, databases, or other SaaS systems (preferred but not necessary)
- Experience with ticket systems for internal workflows (preferred but not necessary)
- Travel readiness up to 20% per year (Germany & Europe)
