Job Description
Join Mevotech as a Customs Compliance Specialist and take your career to the next level. Mevotech is a leading North American aftermarket auto parts company seeking a Customs Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Customs Compliance Specialist, you will ensure accurate preparation, collection, and organization of all customs documentation for import and export activities, maintain adherence to U.S. and Canadian customs regulations, and support transborder shipping.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customs, import/export, or trade compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. & Canadian customs regulations
- CCS designation (Certified Customs Specialist)
- Familiarity with FTZ operations
- Strong understanding of international trade, ocean freight, and highway cargo regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail
- Process improvement and analytical problem-solving skills
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI is an asset
- Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics (asset)
