Job Description
We are seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to join our team at Mews. The successful candidate will own the commercial technology stack that powers our go-to-market motion, serving as the primary technical owner of our GTM tooling. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor position that sits at the intersection of systems architecture, sales process design, and operational discipline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; CPQ Specialist or System Architect certifications strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing a modern GTM stack including tools such as Gong, Clay, Aircall, and sales engagement platforms
- Strong understanding of commercial lifecycle modeling, pipeline management, and revenue operations fundamentals
