Mews is seeking a Senior Digital Acquisition Manager to drive pipeline and revenue growth through paid and organic performance channels, with Paid Search as a core lever.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data-driven B2B SaaS marketing
- Hands-on expertise in Paid Search, with proven ability to scale and optimize the channel end-to-end
- Proven success scaling multi-channel acquisition portfolios using structured experimentation and managing $5M+ budgets across paid acquisition/performance marketing
- Strong cross-functional experience partnering closely with Sales and Product teams to align priorities and deliver pipeline and self-serve growth
- Playerâcoach leadership style, able to operate at both strategic and executional levels while guiding team members and maintaining long-term focus
