Mews is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead technical SEO and AEO strategy and roadmap, improve crawl and indexation quality, and resolve rendering issues at scale. The role requires 8+ years of experience in technical SEO, deep expertise in crawl and indexation, and strong forecasting and reporting skills.
Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience owning technical SEO at scale across multiple geographies
- Deep expertise in crawl and indexation, log analysis, rendering strategies, information architecture, canonicals and hreflang, robots and sitemaps
- Advanced experience with schema.org and JSON-LD, entity modeling, internal linking, and implementing FAQ, How To, and Q&A patterns at scale
- Strong forecasting and reporting skills, including building top-down and bottom-up models, defining KPIs, and creating dashboards
- Confidence working with tools and data such as Google Search Console, analytics and BI tools, enterprise crawlers, log parsers, and tag managers, with SQL, Python, or advanced spreadsheet skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to execute quickly and efficiently
- A strong doer and problem-solver mindset
