Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Lead Manufacturing Engineer responsible for industrialization of Cockpit & Growth products from award phases until series production. Drive DFM and DFA to ensure having a producible design and align industrialization deliverables with CAQE.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automotive industry, preferably in manufacturing engineering
• Experience in Manufacturing Processes (automotive preferably)
• Bachelor degree or similar with technical education
• Excellent project management skills
• Good problem solving capability
• Ability to work and live a global network environment
• Great knowledge of lean concepts
• Strong team spirit
• Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive working style
