Job Description
As a Senior Software Engineer - AI I, you will join our Forward Engineering team to develop enterprise-grade AI systems and drive technical strategy for AI-first transformation. You will work closely with senior functional leaders to optimize business processes and workflows through scalable, AI-first solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
- 5 YOE of hands-on software engineering experience across the full stack
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
