Meyer Distributing is looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our Arlington, TX team! The role loads and unloads trucks, stocks products, pulls stock, and operates powered industrial equipment.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of Warehouse management experience
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate employees
- Ability to give special attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities
- Planning/organizing and follow up skills
- Quality control - the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
- Adaptability - the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
- Dependability - the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance
- Communication - Must have excellent oral and written communication skills up and down organizational structure
